If you need an instant pick-me-up on a hot, sultry day, then this is the summertime cold chocolate you’ve been craving. A hot-seller at our cafe, Bread & Chocolate in Auroville, this drink is delightful on so many levels. We know that India can get pretty hot in the summer, so we hope that this recipe can help you cool down.
Ingredients: 1.5 tbsp of cacao powder 2 tbsp of organic sugar or 1 tbsp of honey 1.5 cups of milk 1 scoop of chocolate ice-cream 1 handful of ice
Put all ingredients in a blender for 10 seconds and serve chilled topped with chocolate shavings.
