Refund and cancellation policy :

We have a detailed communication process in place for refund and cancellation. When a client wants refund or cancellation, they have to send mails to our management team mail IDs which we have shared with them when we start the project and request the refund/cancellation. Following that, team managers would accept or decline refund or cancellation on a file to file basis based on client’s request.
