Spiced Turmeric Hot Chocolate

Infused with the goodness of natural, anti-inflammatory compounds present in turmeric, and, an array of antioxidants found in dark chocolate, this hot chocolate is unlike any other! We use our dark drinking chocolate powder to create this wholesome drink, give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Ingredients: 

1 cup almond milk, coconut milk or other milk of your choice 3 tbsp drinking chocolate 1 heaping tbsp fresh turmeric root 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger 1 tbsp coconut oil pinch of pepper (optional)

Directions: 

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and warm gently. Don’t bring to a boil. Stir until ingredients are well combined. Use a whisk or an immersion blender to create a nice foam. Pour into your cup and enjoy!
