One of our founders, during her work as a Raw Food Chef in Bali many years ago, visited a friend’s house for dinner where she was served a welcome drink that blew her away! In true Mason spirit, we are sharing this delectable recipe with you all, hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Janet’s Famous Chocolate & Mint Elixir
4 cups of coconut milk (feel free to substitute with any milk of your choice)
½ cup of palm sugar (substitute with a sweetener of your choice)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
7 drops of peppermint oil (Substitute this with any flavoured oil that you like)
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 cups of ice
Once you gather the ingredients, it’s easy from here. Put all your ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and smooth! Serve chilled.
