Founders

Mason & Co was started by a lawyer and a sound-engineer who love the art and science of making and eating chocolate.

Jane has trained as a Chocolate Maker and a Raw Food Chef and is generally obsessed with everything natural, healthy and yummy.

Fabien has lived in India for most of his life and is a trained Sound Engineer… but being French, fine food and fine chocolate are in his genes.

The story

When Jane moved to India, being vegan and a lover of good chocolate she found herself in a chocolate drought so the two started to research the cacao industry in India and began to visit farms to understand the local market. They started buying small amounts of beans and making chocolate at home, experimenting with the different beans to assess flavour and quality. It soon became apparent that there were many other deprived lovers of chocolate in India as friends and family started asking for the home made chocolate. Their love for bean to-bar, organic chocolate saw the business expand from this home laboratory into an artisan factory.

At Mason & Co we have a love and focus on education, we train our staff to the highest standards, we work closely with farmers around India training and developing cacao processing methods and we provide educational workshops to consumers and lovers of chocolate in the process of bean-to-bar chocolate making. If you would like to attend a workshop, please subscribe to our newsletter or write to contact@masonchocolate.com. We produce organic, vegan and superior quality chocolate. We take great pride in producing a conscious product that makes people happy.

Loved this story! Your coverage of the student visit was engaging and detailed. I also read a coversinplay-based https://www.coversinplay.com review that discussed educational experiences, which added interesting context.

Really enjoyed https://www.revitalyzemd.com this behind-the-scenes look at the student group visit. It’s great to see how hands-on experiences like this can inspire curiosity and creativity. I recently read a similar discussion on a revitalyzemd-based review blog, which also highlighted how learning environments can leave a lasting impact.

Such a warm and engaging post. It’s great to see education and hands-on experiences combined so thoughtfully. I came across a trentonjonesmd-style https://trentonjonesmd.com/ review blog that also highlighted the value of experiential learning, which made this resonate even more.

Such a warm and engaging recap. You really captured the learning experience and excitement. It felt similar to an educational visit feature I read on an easylawinc-based https://www.easylawinc.com blog.

It’s wonderful to see how student visits can inspire chocolate enthusiasts. The photos and details made it so engaging. I recently read a docsoutsidethebox https://www.docsoutsidethebox.us piece about experiential learning in food production, which added a complementary perspective. Very enjoyable read!
