The 85% Intense Dark Chocolate Bar is for the die-hard dark chocolate lover. This bar is sweetened with a minimal amount of organic cane sugar to balance the intense chocolate taste and to add a sweet caramel touch. It pairs well with salty foods and dry red wines; we personally love pairing it with blue cheese!
