49% Peanut Butter

It’s hard to put into words how good this bar is!

It was inspired by one of our good friends Daniel who is an amazing baker (check him out on Vimeo) and who makes the best organic peanut

butter. We have ground the peanut butter in our stone grinder along with the chocolate to get a silky smooth bar.

If you are a lover of milk chocolate, this will be a bar to convert you to dark chocolate. It is smooth, creamy and rich.

I really liked reading about how this bar came together — the detail about stone-grinding the peanut butter with the chocolate explains why the texture sounds so smooth and intentional. It reminds me of how small choices can totally change the experience, whether it’s food or even games. Lately, I’ve been unwinding with a few chaotic rounds of crazy cattle 3d, and that same mix of craft and surprise weirdly makes it more fun than expected.

This 49% peanut butter chocolate bar sounds unreal—silky smooth dark chocolate with homemade organic peanut butter? I’d pair this with a cozy evening of tinkering with projects from pcbassemblage any day.

Loved reading about the inspiration and craft behind this bar — your description made the combination of chocolate and peanut butter feel almost poetic and definitely made me curious to try it! The way you highlight the story and process adds so much personality to the product, and I appreciate how genuine your voice is here. I recently read a related piece on https://www.inspereza.com/ that also explored flavor pairings and it added an extra layer of appreciation for thoughtful food creativity.

Wow, 49% peanut butter sounds perfectly balanced — not too rich, not too light! I’d love to see how it tastes in recipes. You can find more info about it through this LINK.
