What are we up to?
We took our signature 75% Bittersweet Dark Chocolate Bar and added some colour! Without altering the taste (or price!), we simply sprinkle coloured cacao butter to the chocolate moulds to give the bar this gorgeous multicoloured make-over.
We use these techniques on our truffles at Bread and Chocolate, our Auroville based cafe and couldn’t be more thrilled to be able to share this with the rest of the country!
