One of our founders was once working as a Raw Food Chef in Bali, and at the time, she visited a friend’s house for dinner where she was served a welcome drink that blew her away! In true Mason spirit, we are sharing this delectable recipe with you all, hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Janet’s Famous Choc Mint Elixir

4 cups of coconut or other nut milk
¾ cup of cacao powder
½ cup of palm sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
7 drops of peppermint oil (you could substitute this with any flavoured oil that you like)
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 cups of ice

Put everything in a blender and blend until nice and smooth.
