We provide post harvesting advice to farmers. Including a cut test analysis of beans, evaluation of the quality of fermentation and drying, the existence of mould or infestations, and moisture content of the beans.
We will then provide practical advice and steps for improving post harvest procedures and improving the quality of the cacao beans for sale.
We will also make a sample chocolate from the beans and send it to the farmer.
